Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional pods to prototype and scale breakthrough innovations
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global research institutions
- Translate theoretical physics into commercializable quantum applications
- Present breakthrough strategies to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Mentor emerging technologists in our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 5+ years in strategic tech leadership with 2+ disruptive launches
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in emerging tech convergence patterns
- Proven ability to secure $10M+ R&D funding
- Deep understanding of climate-tech and sustainable innovation
- Experience with agile development in regulated environments
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
