Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable tech architectures
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience securing federal grants for tech innovation projects
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized infrastructure
