Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and develop strategic adoption frameworks for 2026 market landscape
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity tracking and ROI measurement of innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning InnovateNext as a 2026 technology authority
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous financial modeling for experimental technology projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research with Fortune 500 or VC-backed experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of launching scalable technology initiatives with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published technology foresight work or patented innovations
- Experience managing cross-continental teams and global stakeholder ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACI or APF) strongly preferred
