- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen products with $5M+ annual budget oversight
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business growth targets
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present future tech visions at global industry summits and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and research institutions
- Exceptional presentation skills with TED Talks or equivalent experience preferred
