Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and accelerate high-impact future-facing projects
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Champion a culture of innovation and future-readiness across the organization
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to launch
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures research preferred
