Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for clients in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation plans
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in top industry journals
- Manage a portfolio of 8-12 high-profile innovation initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
