Responsibilities
- Design and prototype 2026-era tech solutions integrating AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption in enterprise environments
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product development with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of delivering breakthrough innovations from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field with peer-reviewed publications
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to synthesize complex technical domains
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
