Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives

- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Oversee innovation sprints and pilot programs for future-facing solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory developments impacting 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech innovation initiatives
