Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight strategies including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning initiatives for emerging technologies (Web4.0, biotech convergence, autonomous systems)
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and regulatory frameworks for 2026-2030
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business transformation objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on innovation landscapes
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible development practices
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, Web3.0
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US Innovation Act, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
