- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental tech initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level AI/quantum solutions post-2020
- Published research in IEEE/AI journals on future tech adoption patterns
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (ACF or equivalent)
