Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives
- Champion ethical innovation and responsible technology deployment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling and investment analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
