Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Establish partnerships with Fortune 500 tech innovators and research institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or C-suite leadership role
- Proven track record launching category-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean innovation
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of published research or patents in tech innovation
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish (global expansion focus)
