Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption timelines
- Curate and analyze emerging tech signals from global R&D ecosystems
- Drive patent development for breakthrough methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile futurism methodologies
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/bio)
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
