- Advocate for ethical AI principles in executive decision-making
- Lead stakeholder engagements on AI transparency and accountability
- Establish certification processes for ethical AI deployment
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or technology ethics role
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST, etc.)
- Experience with bias mitigation in machine learning systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., from IEEE or ACM)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
