Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching tech products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/computer science preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFSD)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Presentation skills delivering to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technology transformation initiatives
