Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech vision into corporate strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products (e.g., quantum applications, AGI frameworks)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier publications
