Responsibilities
- Design and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing AI integration, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, Web4)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships for moonshot projects
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology architects
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives at FAANG or equivalent unicorns
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio of shipped products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience leading teams through 3+ technology paradigm shifts
