- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board members.
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to foster a culture of creativity.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to ensure our technology strategy remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging technology trends, including AI, blockchain, IoT, and more.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation projects from concept to execution.
