Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead ideation sessions for AI-driven automation and quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic chips, ambient computing) for commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in sandbox environments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors with data-backed insights
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
