Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary innovations targeting 2026-2030
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Experience developing patent portfolios with 20+ filed patents
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
