Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Web3, AR/VR) targeting 2026 implementation
- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Develop innovation frameworks to evaluate and prioritize next-gen tech investments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state technology visions
- Create whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as a 2026 tech pioneer
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure innovation ROI and strategic alignment
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, AR/VR, Blockchain)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech transformation roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level strategic presentations
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or future trends
