What You'll Experience:

Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Assist in cloud service deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT procedures and create technical guides
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Provide Tier 1 user support for internal systems
- Collaborate on cross-functional tech initiatives
- Contribute to automation script development
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 20+ hours/week during internship period
- US citizenship or work authorization required
