Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into core offerings
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation incubator for 2026 initiatives
- Present strategic insights to investors and executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive organizational change management for tech transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
