Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing >$5M in venture or government funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global keynote speaker credentials preferred
