Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmapping for 2026+ technologies, including quantum AI, neuro-integration, and climate-positive systems
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging innovations and assess market viability for commercialization
- Design cross-disciplinary innovation frameworks bridging biotechnology, computational science, and human-machine interfaces
- Develop implementation blueprints for enterprise-scale tech adoption in regulated industries
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of breakthrough solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or decentralized systems
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with systems thinking capabilities
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight
