Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Produce visionary white papers and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a next-generation foresight team
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-vision projects
