Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrable impact on product launches in AI, blockchain, or AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on post-quantum cryptography or neuro-interfaces
- Portfolio of scaled innovations generating $10M+ ARR or equivalent impact
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for national innovation projects
