Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies through strategic partnerships and acquisitions
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in future-tech methodologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption curves
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching products that defined technology eras
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2020-2025)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, or equivalent research institutions
- Fluency in emerging tech frameworks (Web4.0, AGI governance, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive narratives
