Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the company's 5-year technology strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and security teams
- Represent company at global tech forums and industry conferences
- Perform risk analysis for technology adoption scenarios
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Create executive briefings on technology disruption opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 architectures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Executive presence with C-suite communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
