Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and biotech-digital interfaces
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $50M+ investment potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Define ethical and sustainability frameworks for next-gen tech deployments
- Manage portfolio of 8-12 disruptive technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-tech domains (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
