- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with government/academic institutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Author white papers on sustainable tech adoption for 2026 compliance standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate)
- Track record of securing innovation grants ($1M+)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
