Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decisioning systems
- Develop market entry strategies for breakthrough biotech-neural interfaces
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for next-gen data infrastructures
- Identify and secure partnerships with frontier research institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ in emerging tech domains
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and EU AI Act compliance landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
