Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for 2026 initiatives
- Drive internal innovation culture through hackathons and R&D programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, advanced materials science, or neurotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex tech adoption curves
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
