Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the company's comprehensive 2026 strategic vision and long-term product roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Product, and Executive leadership to ensure 2026 goals are met.
- Predict macro-market shifts and adjust the 2026 strategic plan accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Present complex strategic concepts to executive stakeholders with clarity, persuasion, and data-driven insight.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the 2026 transition and monitor progress continuously.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Technology Consulting, or Senior Product Management.
- Demonstrated history of delivering successful long-term strategic initiatives and leading high-growth teams.
- Strong command of emerging tech trends, specifically within the next 3-5 year horizon.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
