Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable AI architectures capable of handling the data complexity of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies including Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Predictive Analytics.
- Model Optimization: Improve model latency, accuracy, and efficiency for high-volume deployment environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate abstract concepts into concrete product features.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor global tech trends to anticipate industry shifts and adapt our roadmap accordingly.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers in best practices for AI development and system design.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
