- Develop and execute 3-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical capabilities into business opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team
- Author annual 'Technology Horizons' industry report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$3M
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, major conferences)
