Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused on 2026 readiness and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Quantum) and assess their business viability.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and test future solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Advocate for sustainable and ethical technology practices in all future planning.
- Monitor global tech regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a tech-forward environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and technological disruptions.
