Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop patent-worthy IP portfolios and technology partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and ROI for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D with proven 5+ year vision planning
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Executive experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technological transformations
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or future studies (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
