- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols and AI ethics frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems) with competitive analysis
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and investors on 2026 tech adoption trajectories
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget for pilot programs in sustainable infrastructure
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs on quantum computing commercialization projects
- Drive patent strategy for 2026-era intellectual property portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-trends forecasting or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technology impact modeling and scenario planning
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent certification (CSPO, CSM preferred)
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech disruption (Harvard/MIT/IEEE publications)
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA research programs or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in futures mapping tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and data visualization
- Fluency in tech ethics frameworks (UNESCO, IEEE) and regulatory compliance (NIST AI RMF)
