Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Oversee proof-of-concept projects and pilot programs for next-generation technologies.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Work with the technical recruiting team to identify niche talent capable of driving future tech innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to foster buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with universities, startups, and research labs focused on 2026+ technologies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems architecture with a focus on future trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Web3, and Quantum Readiness.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-year projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
