Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to translate complex concepts into executable roadmaps
- Certified in Agile/Sc methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence and persuasive communication
