Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate disruption impacts on tech
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and strategic investors
- Author whitepapers on emerging technology ethics and governance frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year adoption horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping methodologies
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology impacts
- Experience with global policy advisory bodies or tech ethics councils
- Portfolio of 3+ successfully commercialized futuristic concepts
