Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or neural tech
- Expertise in at least two emerging paradigms: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Certification in ethical AI governance (e.g., IEEE 7000 series)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-tech implementations
