Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 horizon
- Architect R&D frameworks for emerging tech integration (quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and ethics teams
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and labs
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary tech innovations
- Present technological vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to production
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent impact
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding
