Responsibilities
- Architect and execute R&D roadmaps for emerging technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/ML and quantum computing prototypes
- Identify and evaluate disruptive tech trends through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding by crafting compelling investment proposals
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to integrate future-tech solutions into existing ecosystems
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers while fostering a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two commercialized tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI frameworks
- Strong background in securing venture capital or government grants for tech initiatives
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
