Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess their commercial viability for 2026+ markets
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present tech foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts and advise on compliance strategies
- Drive internal culture of innovation through hackathons and future-tech workshops
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and startup landscapes
