Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic investment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience developing global technology partnerships and ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
