- Build strategic partnerships with academic labs and startups for early-stage technology adoption
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Mentor junior researchers in technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainable)
- Proven track record launching commercialized future-tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
