Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ product development initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and assess market viability
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks with engineering and product teams
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for prototype development and pilot programs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and venture capital partners
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published tech trend analyses or innovation frameworks
