Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech pioneers, academic institutions, and government labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and patent development
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with 3+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/Web3)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, decentralized systems)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience developing patent portfolios and IP strategies
